Welding & fabricationmobile, in Routt County

We bring the welder to you. Structural or ornamental, a broken trailer or a new truck bed, in the shop or out where the problem is.

What we do

The welder comes to you.

Broken equipment doesn't drive itself to a shop, and a railing doesn't get built in a parking lot. The mobile rig does most of the work on site, and the shop handles the rest.

  • Mobile on-site welding

Structural and ornamental work, done where it stands. Beams, frames, brackets and repairs.

  • Truck beds & dump bed liners

Custom flatbeds and dump bed liners, built for the truck and the work it actually does.

  • Gates, signs & pipe fence

Ranch and driveway gates, entrance signs, and pipe fence that holds up to cattle and snow load.

  • Hand railings

Stair and deck railings, cable rail included, built to fit on site.

  • Equipment & trailer repair

Cracked buckets, broken hitches, trailer frames and whatever else snapped at a bad time.

Straight answers

What people ask.

The questions that come up at nearly every walk-through, answered the same way we'd answer them on site.

Where we work: Oak Creek, Phippsburg, Yampa, Stagecoach, Steamboat Springs and the rest of Routt County.

Do you come to us?
Yes. Most jobs are done on site with the mobile rig. Travel time is its own line on the invoice, so you can see what the drive cost.
Can you fix my trailer or equipment?
Usually. Cracked frames, broken hitches and tongues, buckets, blades and brackets. Send a photo of the break with your email and we can tell you more.
Do you do structural steel?
Yes, built to the drawings. If a job needs an engineer's design or stamp, that comes from an engineer. We'll tell you at the walk-through if yours does.
How is fabrication priced?
Steel and materials are billed from the receipts, and labor by the hour. Fabrication is easier to estimate than dirt work, because you can count the steel and the welds before you start, so the estimate usually lands close.

The first hour's on us: we walk the site with you and tell you straight what it'll take, including when it isn't worth doing. After that you get a written estimate before any work starts.
